We all start our fitness journey somewhere, so today we are building our BOOTY (beginner style!)

This workout is suitable for all fitness levels however because it’s not overly demanding or complicated it’s perfect for beginners! So whatever your fitness level, you can give this workout a go 🍑 Let’s get amongsttt it

Today I am using my DB BOOTY BURNER BAND to add extra resistance to the exercises (and give your that booty burnnn!)

4 SETS

12 reps Side Leg Lifts (each leg)
15 reps Squats
15 reps Glute Bridge
20 reps Seated Abduction
10 reps Reverse Lunges (each leg)
