AMRAP 🔥🔥

Looking to mix up your high intensity interval training (HIIT) and burn fat? If you answered yes, then this is the workout for you 🙌💪

This workout is from my NEW Lean Shape Tone HOME WORKOUT Program! Lean, Shape and Tone is a 6 week home based program which doesn’t require any equipment! We’re focusing on fat burning workouts which are challenging but fun! Workouts include Tabata, AMRAP, EMOM, HIIT, Strength & Conditioning, Pyramids and optional targeted workouts for booty building and ab shredding.

AMRAP stands for as many reps as possible or as many rounds as possible. For this workout we will be focusing on doing as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes each set, for 3 sets, 2 minutes rest between sets. A total workout time frame of 21 mins! And trust me, you will feel the burn! 🔥

WORKOUT TIP: Keep track of how many rounds you complete on your first time trying this workout and try to improve it next time!

15 reps Straight Leg Toe Taps
