It’s New Year’s Eve (in Australia) and we’re ending the year with a bang(er) workout 🔥 It’s no secret I love to train lower body and if you don’t have access to equipment or are looking for a maintenance workout between your heavy sessions this workout if perfect for you! 20 x Alternating Sumo Squat Heel Raise
20 x Alternating Curtsey Lunge
12 x Fire Hydrant w/ Leg Extension (each leg)
15 x Frog Pumps/Squats
