This is a dumbbell only leg day with a glute focus so it can be done anywhere, you only need 2 x dumbbells! This workout is perfect for targeting your glutes, quads and hamstrings. It's suitable for all fitness levels, if you're new to training make sure to start off with a lighter resistance (weight) and progressively increase the weight as you progress. 4 SETS

15 x Elevated Single Leg Glute Bridge (each leg)
10 x Squat RDL Combo
10 x Alternating Forward and Back Lunges
12 x Alternating Side Lunge w/ Snatch (each leg)

FINISHER 2 SETS

30 x Frog Pumps
15 x Goblet Squats
