We had these noodles on our recent trip to Guangxi province, rice noodles, with some braised gravy, sour bamboo shoots, peanuts, pickled cowpea and marinated egg. It’s eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner and usually from experience the portion size is absolutely massive 🤪 Today for the first time it’s not tea in the cup, but soup to go with the noodles.
