今日の和菓子はねりきりで作った #彼岸花です。
ねりきりとは白餡に餅や芋を混ぜて作った和菓子で
茶道 で使われる「主菓子」の一種です。
撮影 用に製作しました。

広告以降、バタバタと仕事をしています。
彼岸明けくらいまではこんな感じかなと思いながら
ありがたくお仕事しています。

Today's wagashi is #cluster amaryllis with Nerikiri.
The Nerikiri is the material of wagashi made by mixing the rice cake and yam
in white bean.
Is a kind of "Jounamagashi" as used in the tea ceremony.
The sweets I've made for the shooting.
