Here's a workout you can do anytime, ANYWHERE. No equipment required!! Grab a group of friends, get outside and get your @SWEAT on! 💪🏻💧
✅Push-Up - 10 reps
✅Burpee - 10 reps
✅Jump Lunge - 20 reps
✅Mountain Climber - 50 reps
✅Split-Squat - 15 reps
✅Outward Snap Jump - 20 reps
✅Rebound Lunge - 20 reps (10 each side)
✅Tuck Jump - 10 reps
2 circuits, 7 minutes each. Repeat twice through.
The aim is to get through as many rounds as you can in each of the 7 minute circuits!!
