There is no way my fridge looks like this!! 😂 I would LOVE to colour coordinate my fridge except firstly, I do NOT have the time hahaa and secondly, mine is actually pretty empty because I go to the shops every day or two and buy my food. I actually love going to the shops and SEEING the ingredients and that's how I plan my meals. If I stock up too much then I forget about my food and I end up giving it to my Yiayia's chickens!!⁣

I think meal prepping can be SO helpful for some people, and sometimes I wish I could plan my meals for the whole week, but that's just not me!! Everyone is different and that's fine! Do you meal prep your whole week? ⁣
