Today is about looking at what changes I can make to my diet, whether it’s cutting down on takeaways and cooking at home, to reducing single use plastics, or simply swapping white for brown rice in a way that’s sustainable and ultimately better for all of us. One of the biggest changes I’ve made in the last year is giving up beef and reducing the amount of meat I eat overall.
