PARTNER WHOLE BODY STRETCH 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️ A fun way to keep on top of your stretching! 🙌🏼

Hold each stretch for 10 long deep breaths
▪️1. FORWARD FOLD + PEC STRETCH
Don’t be afraid to lean back with all of your weight on this one! Top partner try to be completely relaxed, bottom partner focus on guiding belly button to thighs and reaching collar bones to your toes.
▪️2. KNEELING HIP FLEXOR
Make sure you pull your belly button IN to avoid dumping in the lower back. Partners, only push the back of the pelvis (not in the lower back) to avoid lower back stress. 👉🏼 Adam is showing variation for tighter hips while I am showing variation for more mobile hips 😉
▪️3. BACK + SHOULDER EXTENTION
When lifting your partner, make sure your bend your legs and keep your back straight. 👉🏼 Adams variation focuses on stretching front of the shoulder (pecs) whereas my variation stretches through lats (side body/shoulders) & helps thoracic spine mobility. ▪️4. PARTNER TWIST
Start with easy twist first. Keep spine straight and lift through the crown of your head. Use your partners knee to pull and twist deeper. 👉🏼 When you move to the side bend, roll your chest up + look UP to deepen the stretch.
