For the Northern Hemisphere ladies heading into Summer, there is seriously nothing more refreshing than a delicious bowl of NICECREAM 😍🍦(its called nice cream because its like ice cream... but healthy! haha). 'Nice cream' is an awesome alternative to regular ice cream, made from peeled and chopped up frozen bananas which means it's rich in potassium, high in fibre and free of refined sugar. You can also add protein powder to make it a great pre or post workout snack 👏🏼👏🏼 To be clear, I personally do not really use protein powder but I know SOME ladies love it so I do try to include it in some recipes where I can! It's totally optional! ⁣
