YESSS! Incredible transformation using my #BBG program from @summer_0_fitness.⁣

She says " Transformation Tuesday! Holy cow! I didn't realize how much my body has transformed since I started BBG 16 weeks ago! I'm finally starting to fit back into more of my pre-pregnancy clothes. I may of only lost 7 lbs but I can definitely see changes.⁣

This has been a crazy year between having baby number 2, moving to Utah, and my father unexpectedly passing away. Fitness is helping as a way to let out my emotions. While I love my kiddos they can be quite stressful at times especially when I'm dealing with everything for my dad's estate on top of that and working. ⁣
I miss not having Camp Gladiator here in Utah, but glad I could find another fitness program to help me meet my goals." ⁣
