Are you consumed with everything but yourself? _ Sometimes we get ultra focused on a goal or tasks and we lose ourselves. You have to center once in a while and come back to yourself. _ When I competed in fitness everything I did revolved my next competition. How much I slept, what I ate, who I interacted with. If it didn’t have to do with my next show it wasn’t in my view. I didn’t take time for myself which was my mistake. I only wore workout clothes, I didn’t wear make up and I didn’t talk to friends. I was fully consumed on my goal. I won my shows but at a very high cost.  _ In the beginning of my Herbalife career I did the same. I was engulfed with my clients and had no set schedule. I was available 24/7 to everyone. And because I took on so many people with no boundaries I wore myself out. I helped a lot of people but I learned a hard lesson, if your cup is empty you can’t pour out to others. I had to step back and find myself then I had to remember why I’m doing this. When I came back I created a schedule and a structure and that is where my success with my clients and team is at. _ You’re not your job, you’re not your kids, you’re not school work, you’re not your partner don’t be co-dependent on them. Don’t get so consumed with your day to day schedule that you forget who you are and what you love. Take time to connect and find yourself. My suggestion is take an hour a week or more to do the things you love.  _ Most of us are givers, healers, we care for everyone around us and we lead others. If your cup is empty you can’t contribute in a positive way. The only time you should pour out into others is if your pouring from a space of overflow. The overflow is happiness, caring, understanding and compassion. When you pour from an empty cup, your tired, your short tempered, your annoyed for no reason, your depressed and you become toxic. You can turn it around!! _ What fills your cup? Figure that part out and then always be aware of where your at. Ask yourself every morning how am I showing up today?
