I have several times, can I tell you part of the reason we fail. _ I’m teaching my clients about how important your thoughts can be when it comes to fitness. I teach them to do morning affirmations to help with mindset. I had a client tell me she has a hard time doing affirmations because she feels like she’s gonna jinx herself.  _ I’ve spoken about this often but I have to remember to keep saying it. I’m a huge believer in manifesting things. I believe if you walk it, talk it, you’ll become it. I’ve seen it happen so many times too.  _ I expect people to fail when it comes to fitness and it’s not their fault. In my program we work on undoing things were taught from childhood. You see as kids were taught “make a wish but don’t tell anyone or it won’t come true, don’t speak your desires out loud or you’ll jinx yourself and it won’t happen”. We’re taught to celebrate anniversaries, holidays, birthdays, with food if you want to be happy... EAT!! We subconsciously adopt these beliefs without even realizing it. Then we internalize the failure of getting healthy not realizing it goes against what we have always known.  _ You need to speak your goals out loud daily. Food is not how we should be showing love and it’s not comfort. Let’s change things! You have to choose to SLOWLY approach fitness with the right mindset. A product, an ebook, a workout is not the key to lasting results. You have to let someone teach you there is a mental process you must go through as well. But once you master that part you’ll be where you want mentally and physically and that’s EVERYTHING!! _ If your struggling to get results I’m still taking clients.
