Some are trying to build lean muscle but find we go to the gym and never get the results you want. The first thing I suggest is to make sure your eating for your goals. If your lifting heavy make sure your recovering properly. Your body will require a certain amount of protein in order to put on that muscle. For those who lead a busy lifestyle protein shakes come in handy. _ In my opinion you should be really careful when deciding product your going to use. Going the cheapest isn’t the best for your body. I’ve had clients come to me previously drinking 2 protein shakes a day working out and still not seeing results. When I looked at what they were consuming it was not a protein shake for their goals. Some protein shakes are made for big male bodybuilders. They are made to help you bulk up normally the containers are big and carry a lot of servings and they are cheap. Be aware  _ I personally use Rebuild Strength from Herbalife.
