Both activities are in the house with the kids but you can clean and cook, yet not get active for 30 min??So you have to ask yourself are you comfortable making an excuse. _ I hear I work all day and I come home tired. ??‍??That one I relate to though because I leave the office at 5pm ?get home at 6pm, make dinner, homework ?with kids and I’m exhausted by 9pm. The fix is get up earlier and get your workout in or take a non-stimulant preworkout and do it before bed. I know your tired but you can do it! _ ?It becomes a matter of altering my schedule and holding myself accountable. Workouts are important but it’s not necessary to do them 7 days a week, don’t overthink it. ??‍♂️You can do 3-4 days a week and you can choose what days and times work best for you. _ ⏰Once you establish a realistic plan, discipline yourself to keeping it no matter what. Exercises 20% so if you want a transformation and just can not workout, commit to your meal plan it’s 80% of your success. It takes time to get a good schedule in place be patient and do the best you can. Take it one day at a time you guys, it’s possible for you to do it! ❤️ _ ??I was able to get a quick booty and abs workout today with Giovanni. If you have leg weights use them I love mine I got mine from Amazon.
