今日の和菓子はねりきり で作った #水仙 です。
ねりきりとは白餡に餅や芋を混ぜて作った和菓子で
茶道 で使われる「主菓子」の一種です。
#撮影 用に作成しました。
この水仙の花は水仙の花として作られた押し棒ではないです。
さて何の押し棒でしょうか？
Today's wagashi is #Daffodil with Nerikiri.
The Nerikiri is the material of wagashi made by mixing the rice cake and yam
in white bean.
Is a kind of "Omogashii" as used in the tea ceremony.
