But I know it’s not always accessible to everyone for various reasons, so I teamed up with a pelvic floor PT to create my quick and easy to follow postpartum programs Here is what I recommend: 1. Start with Restore Your Core in the @fitbodyapp On Demand section. You do hear me referencing c-section recovery in the series since I, myself, was post C-section but this program is so important for both vaginal and c-section birth experiences. There is 1 breathing class and 8 core repair classes. How quickly you do each of those 8 classes will strongly depend on your personal recovery and fitness journey. Most need to repeat a class a few times before their core is strong enough to move onto the next class. You do get free consultations with our pre/postnatal physical therapist included in your @fitbodyapp membership so if you have any doubts just shoot her an email! Pt@fitbodyapp.com ❤️ 2. Once you finish RYC, the @fitbodyapp program I recommend next will depend on your recovery and overall fitness level. If you’re a complete beginner, I suggest moving onto our 12 Week Postpartum Strength program called Revive.
