Whether breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or just carrying a baby around, your upper body will undoubtedly need a bit of extra TLC to counteract the extra stress put on your body during this season of life
Here are 6 of my favorite upper body stretches to do!
1️⃣ Arm Circles (do forward and backward)
2️⃣ Doorframe Chest Stretch
3️⃣ Back and Lat Stretch
4️⃣ Windmills / Rainbows
5️⃣ Thread the Needle
6️⃣ Child’s Pose with a side reach
You only need a few mins each day to do these and it will go a LONG way in helping you feel your best!! ❤️
