【推しに届け】文字チュロス💕Homemade Pancake Churros

ホットケーキミックスで簡単にできるチュロスを、文字の形に絞ってみました✨
串に刺したらイマドキに❤️
絞るのに少し力がいるけど、そこは推しへの強い想いで乗り切ろう😂
みんなも作ったらタグ付けで教えてねん♪

■材料
ホットケーキミックス　100g
牛乳　150ml
バター　20g
卵　1個
グラニュー糖　適量

■作り方
1. 牛乳とバターを鍋に入れ火にかける。
2. バターが溶けたらホットケーキミックスを加えて混ぜる。
3. ゴムベラで押し付けながら約2分弱火にかける。
4. 火からおろし、溶き卵を2回に分けて加え、都度よく混ぜる。
5. 絞り袋に入れ、クッキングシートに絞り出す。
6. 約170度に熱した油に、生地をクッキングシート側を上にして入れる。クッキングシートは自然に剥がれたら取り出す。
7. 両面がきつね色になるまで揚げたら、熱いうちにグラニュー糖を塗す。

Ingredients:
- Pancake mix: 100g
- Milk: 150ml
- Butter: 20g
- Egg: 1
- Granulated sugar: To taste

Steps:
1. In a saucepan, combine milk and butter and heat.
2. Once the butter is melted, add the pancake mix and stir.
3. Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes while pressing it with a spatula.
4. Remove from heat and add the beaten egg in two portions, mixing well after each addition.
5. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe it onto a cooking sheet.
6. Place the dough in oil heated to about 170 degrees Celsius, with the cooking sheet side facing up. Remove the cooking sheet once it naturally peels off.
7. Fry until both sides turn golden brown, then brush with granulated sugar while still hot.
