【アリスに出てきそう♠️】ねこの縁クッキー♣️❤️Alice in Wondreland Chesire Cat Cookies🐱

不思議の国に迷い込んだ気分になれちゃう、ハロウィンパーティーにぴったりの猫ちゃんクッキー💜

■材料
《クッキー生地》
・バター（食塩不使用）100g
・グラニュー糖 60g
・全卵 25g
・ 薄力粉 190g
・塩 ひとつまみ
・いちごパウダー 5g
・ 紫いもパウダー 5g

【事前準備】
《クッキー生地》を作る。
室温に戻したバターをクリーム状になるまでホイッパーで混ぜる。
グラニュー糖をすり合わせるように混ぜ、卵を少しずつ加える。
薄力粉をふるいいれ、塩を加える。
3等分にして、1つにいちごパウダー、食紅(ピンク)、1つに紫いもパウダー、食紅(パープル)を加えて混ぜる。

■作り方
1. クッキー生地(紫いも)をトランプ型で抜く。
2. クッキー生地(いちご)の上に並べ、冷蔵庫で10分置く。
3. ラップを乗せ、めん棒で軽くなじませる。
4. 型を抜き、170度に予熱したオーブンで15分程焼く。

Ingredients:
Cookie Dough:
- Unsalted butter: 100g
- Granulated sugar: 60g
- Whole egg: 25g
- Cake flour: 190g
- A pinch of salt
- Strawberry powder: 5g
- Purple sweet potato powder: 5g

Prepare the cookie dough:
- Soften the butter to room temperature and beat it with a mixer until creamy.
- Gradually add sugar and mix well.
- Sift in the cake flour, and add a pinch of salt.
- Divide the dough into three portions, and mix strawberry powder and pink food coloring into one portion, and purple sweet potato powder and purple food coloring into another.

Steps:
1. Roll out the cookie dough (purple sweet potato) using playing card-shaped cookie cutters.
2. Arrange them on top of the cookie dough (strawberry) and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
3. Place a piece of plastic wrap on top and gently press to even it out.
4. Cut out the shapes and bake them in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
