Smashed Potato Chips
Serves 2

Ingredients:
4 potatoes
A Olive oil, as needed
A Salt, as needed
A Black pepper, as needed
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Boil the potatoes and make cross cuts with a knife.
2.Mash the potatoes in a bowl, coat them with olive oil, and sprinkle with A.
3.Preheat the oven to 200°C, and bake the potatoes from step 2 for 25-30 minutes.
4.Enjoy with sour cream, if desired!
