【ぷるもち】透明たい焼き【透明レシピ】Glittery Taiyaki🐟

宝石みたいにキラキラな魚！？🐟
たい焼きの型を使って、透明なたい焼きを作ってみたよ💪

お腹の中が丸見えだから、小さな魚がいることも‥👀？

■材料
＜２個分＞
アガー 45g
グラニュー糖 30g
水 380ml
食用色素 適量

■作り方
1. 小鍋にアガーとグラニュー糖を入れよく混ぜ、水を加えてさらによく混ぜる。
2. 混ぜながら火にかけ、沸騰直前まで温める。
3. 少量をバットに取り、食用色素で色をつけ、粗熱が取れたら骨と魚の形に型抜く。
4. 残りの液をたい焼き気に注ぎ、3を埋め、たい焼き器を閉じて冷蔵庫で固まるまで冷やす。

45g agar agar
30g granulated sugar
380ml water
A suitable amount of food coloring

Steps:
1. In a small saucepan, combine agar agar and granulated sugar, mix well, and then add water, mixing thoroughly.
2. Heat the mixture while stirring and heat it until it’s just about to boil.
3. Take a small amount of the mixture into a bowl, add food coloring to give it color, and once it has cooled slightly, shape it into the form of fish and bones.
4. Pour the remaining mixture into the taiyaki mold, fill it with the shapes from step 3, close the taiyaki maker, and let it cool in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
