【とろっとろのチーズの海】じゃがいもの肉詰めグリル🥔The Ultimate Baked Stuffed Potato

じゃがいもの中身をくり抜いてひき肉を詰めたホクホク・ジューシーな一品🤤

■材料
じゃがいも 5個
薄力粉 適量
溶かしバター 大さじ2
粉チーズ 適量
《肉ダネ》
ひき肉 150g
玉ねぎ 1/4個
溶き卵 1/2個
パン粉 大さじ1
塩 少々
コショウ 少々
《チーズソース》
バター 15g
薄力粉 15g
牛乳 150ml
とろけるチーズ 150g
パセリ 適量
コショウ 適量
ピンクペッパー 適量

■作り方
【事前準備】
じゃがいもは皮をよく洗う。じゃがいもが硬い場合は蒸しておく。
玉ねぎはみじん切りにする。
オーブンを180度に予熱する。

1. じゃがいもの端を少し切り、スプーンで中をくりぬき、薄力粉をまぶす。
2. 肉ダネを作る。ボウルにひき肉、みじん切りした玉ねぎ、溶き卵、パン粉、塩、コショウを加えてよく混ぜ、じゃがいもに詰める。
3. 耐熱容器に並べ、粉チーズ、溶かしバターをかけて180度のオーブンで50分焼く。
4. 焼いてる間にチーズソースを作る。フライパンにバターを熱し、薄力粉をふるいながら加えてよく混ぜる。
5. 少しずつ牛乳を加え、滑らかになったらとろけるチーズを加えてよく混ぜる。
6. 焼きあがった(3)にチーズソースをかけ、パセリ、コショウ、ピンクペッパーをふるう。

1/4 onion
1/2 beaten egg
1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
《Cheese Sauce》
15g butter
15g cake flour
150ml milk
150g melting cheese
parsley
black pepper
pink peppercorns

Steps:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius

1. Cut a small piece from the ends of the potatoes and scoop out the insides with a spoon. Dust the inside with cake flour.
2. Prepare the meat filling. In a bowl, mix together the ground meat, finely chopped onion, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Stuff this mixture into the hollowed-out potatoes.
3. Arrange the stuffed potatoes in a heat-resistant container and sprinkle with powdered cheese. Drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for 50 minutes.
4. While baking, prepare the cheese sauce. Heat butter in a frying pan and gradually add the sifted cake flour, stirring well.
5. Gradually add the milk and continue stirring until it becomes smooth. Then, add the melting cheese and mix well.
6. Pour the cheese sauce over the baked potatoes from step 3. Garnish with parsley, black pepper, and pink peppercorns.
