【キャンプ飯】竹で炊く究極のきのこご飯！/ Mushroom Rice Cooked in Bamboo Tube

Mushroom Rice Cooked in Bamboo Tube
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 cup (go) no-wash rice
200ml water
2 tablespoons noodle soup base
1/3 deep-fried tofu (sliced)
50g chicken thigh (bite-sized pieces)
2 shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
1/3 bunch shimeji mushrooms (separated)
1/3 bunch maitake mushrooms (separated)

PREPARATION
1. Start a BBQ fire.
2. Put all ingredients into the bamboo tube. Place a bamboo lid. Heat the bamboo on the grill for 30 minutes.
3. Remove the bamboo from the fire. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
4. Open the lid. Stir the rice inside.
5. Enjoy!
