Kyoho Grape Noodle ?!
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1/2 bunch Kyoho grapes
300ml water
A
30g granulated sugar
6g agar
Mint leaves, as needed
Soda pops, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook Kyoho grapes for 20 seconds.
2. Drain (1) and chill Kyoho grapes in the iced water.
3. Peel Kyoho grapes.
4. Put Kyoho grape peels and water in a different pot. Once boiled, cook for 5
minutes on low, and then turn off the heat.
5. Add granulated sugar and agar in to the pot (4) and stir well. Strain through a fine
mesh sieve. Pour into a tray. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours until set.
6. Cut (5) into noodles (thin strips).
7. Place (6) in a bowl. Put some mint leaves on top and pour soda pops.
8. Enjoy!
