佐渡裕さんのインスタグラム写真 - (佐渡裕Instagram)「10日間ほど帰国しゴールデンウィークは日本で過ごしました。今回は会議、取材、オーディション等で演奏会はなし。日本に発つ前に、ウィーンから車で1時間弱、お隣の国スロヴァキアの首都ブラチスラバへ。目的地は開業4年目の江戸前鮨松木！オーストリアもスロヴァキアも海のない国なので、非常に限られた条件の中で本格的な江戸前鮨を出すのは、相当な覚悟が必要だと思うけれど、ほんとうに素晴らしいお鮨をいただきました〜ここは会員になると割引があり、会員限定のランチも食べられるとのことでさっそく会員登録！ウィーンからの距離もちょうど神戸と京都ぐらいなので、ちょっとした小旅行気分❣️ そうそう、僕のヨーロッパデビューは1989年、このブラチスラバにあるスロヴァキア・フィルハーモニーでした。 I was back from Vienna and spent the holidays for ten days in Japan. This time, I had no concert, but had a few meetings, interviews, auditions, etc. Before traveling to Japan, I visited Bratislava, Slovakia’s capital, less than an hour’s drive from Vienna. My destination was Edomae Sushi Matsuki @edomaesushimatsuki , which has been in business for four years! Austria and Slovakia don’t face the sea, so I think it takes a lot of resolution to serve authentic Edomae Sushi in very limited conditions, but the sushi was truly fantastic! I was told there is a benefit in which the member of this restaurant can get a discount and a members-only lunch. Of course, I immediately registered as a member!
