11月22日はケネディ大統領暗殺からちょうど60年になります。実行犯オズワルドが発砲した6階のフロアは現在「シックスフロア博物館」になっていて、当時の生々しくさまざまな資料が陳列されています。映像には目を覆いたくなるような狙撃の瞬間もあり、今もこの日の惨劇がどれだけ世界に悲しみと衝撃を与えたかを教えてくれます。
日本では悲しいことは、あまり残さないことが多いように思いますが、こうしてしっかりと後世にも伝えることは大事なことだと思いました。

November 22 marks exactly 60 years since the assassination of President Kennedy. The sixth floor, where Oswald fired the shots, is now called @sixthflrmuseum, displaying various graphic documents. The video includes moments of the shooting of JFK that make you want to cover your eyes, and they still tell us how much sadness and shock the world felt at the tragedy of that day.
In Japan, I think tragic things are often not well documented. But I think it’s important to convey them to future generations in this way.
