佐渡裕さんのインスタグラム写真 - (佐渡裕Instagram)「ダラス編Part4 ダラス交響楽団との仕事は、初共演の慣れないアメリカの楽団ということもあり、やはり大きなプレッシャーを感じる 1週間でした。ただ凄く救われたのは、コンサートホールのすぐそばに、とてもとても美味しい日本レストラン「貞庵」（テイアン）があったことです！アメリカ人が喜びそうな、とてもおしゃれな内装だけれど、味はとことん日本そのもの！お蕎麦も自家製の手打ち。魚も日本と世界中から工夫して入手されているそうで、お刺身、お寿司、蕎麦にうどん、天麩羅、トンカツから宮崎牛まで、とてもメニューが豊富で、本当に驚かされました！ご主人と奥様にもご挨拶でき「美味しかったです！」と伝えたら、日曜日は定休日だからということで、お弁当までサービスして作ってくださいました。昔占い師さんが言ったように、本当に僕には食神が3人ついてるんだと確信した次第です😎貞庵さん、ご馳走様でした🙏 I felt great pressure working with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra for a week as it was my first time to work with an unfamiliar American orchestra. What saved me a lot was a very good Japanese restaurant called “Teian” right next to the concert hall! The interior is very stylish, and American people would love it, but the food tastes exactly like Japan! The soba noodles are handmade in-house. The fish is also obtained from Japan and around the world with ingenuity. Many dishes include sashimi, sushi, soba, udon, tempura, pork cutlet, and Miyazaki beef on menu! I greeted the owner and his wife and told them, “It was delicious!” I told them directly. Then, as the restaurant was closed on Sundays, they even offered to make me a bento box as a service.
