S T R E T C H I N G I know, boring right?! 😩 But if there is one thing I hope to teach every person I train, it’s the importance of keeping mobile and moving the way our bodies were designed to (before all the tight muscles and stiff joints appeared!) . I CHALLENGE YOU to just start with 5-10min of stretching each day. In the morning, just before bed, after your workout, at your office desk, or even in the kitchen while you’re waiting for dinner to cook! 😉 Choose 3-4 stretches, hold each for 10 long deep breaths... That’s it. Something is always better than nothing.
