Circuit 1 ⁣

Archer Pull - 24 reps⁣
Jump Lunge - 20 reps ⁣
Bosu Burpee - 10 reps ⁣
High Knees - 40 reps ⁣

Circuit 2 ⁣

Front Lat Pull - 12 reps ⁣
Lateral Lunge - 20 reps ⁣
Squat + Press - 12 reps ⁣
Bosu Mountain Climber - 30 reps⁣

For the ladies who don't know, the circuits in BBG and BBG Stronger are seven minutes long and all feature four exercises, which you should try to complete as many times as possible before the seven minutes are up. This is followed by a rest period of 30 seconds before moving on to the second circuit. For a 28-minute workout, both circuits should be completed twice. ⁣
