accio_cupcake The slime fad is a weird and interesting one! My nieces were making their own slime (minus the styrofoam) and I thought it was silly at first. But honestly, it was pretty fun and single mindedly relaxing to squish it around. It was also cool to watch them buy the supplies to make it for themselves and experiment with the ingredients to learn how each ingredient would change the elasticity, texture, and lasting ability of the slime.
