I am supposed to be an EIP customer with a personal shopper and it’s been a year and a half I don’t have one and each time I call to ask for my personal shopper they promise me they will resolve the matter immediately and they never do!!!! So disappointing behaviour for the last nearly two years @netaporter ..!!!

1515cupcake1515 @netaporter please stop posting on Instagram and Facebook please concentrate on fulfilling your orders first. I’d like to know when will my order 9547973 be shipped. The service is great when there's no sales going on. But I find it ridiculous because it's no excuse, you need to get your staffs to work over time to fulfil the orders.

katibo @crazyyetwise @netaporter Same here: It took over a week to get dispatched, and now the package seems to be lost by DHL. Over two weeks now and still no feedback at all from Net A Porter. Of course they booked the money from my credit card though....

chezneyscarlet I ordered a belt 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been dispatched???? Just called your customer service to be told that no one can confirm when it will be dispatch and that I just have to wait?????? What is going on. Awful service
