Hello @netaporter this is me again , I have messaged you privately telling you my email address and order number and still nothing from your behalf. I have said many times that I will be traveling on Wednesday and if my items are not going to be dispatched than could I cancel my order, when I have called ( more than 18 minutes waiting, and you have also hung up on me also) you have told me that I should wait ....I have waited and if you had told me on Tuesday that there would no way that packages will get on time than I would have canceled and ordered from @loveshackfancy directly. We are loyal customers but it seems you just send off to influencers on time , but to us nothing . The ladies on the phone have put down recommendations for me which were declined by yourselves, in the past I wasn’t really bothered waiting for more than a week, but I am bothered now as I told you my holiday starts on Wednesday , I even rescheduled my holiday because of this package which you where aware of this , my holiday should have started yesterday. Just dispatch the orders and get more employees, all we want is communication .

Please could I get my order!! I understand that it is busy at sale time but this is ridiculous! Plus you do not return my emails. I think that it is not fair that if the things you want are in the sale you do not ship them but if I want something that is not in the sale it comes the next day ? These things that are in the sale are still expensive! Plus you hold my money straight away!! Please please would you ship my order I am not asking much ?

I’m shocked to hear that @netaporter customer service is such a shambles. Wtf happened?? You were always a shining example of great service. I never saw a single complaint. This seemed to start when your mobile app changed. Suddenly my shopping bag items were gone overnight. I will not be placing any future orders unless and until I see things have improved.

6 days have passed, this thing was needed by a certain date, on July 6, a wedding, and you failed me so much!

Similar experience to others on here. No emails back, waiting on phone only to be hung up on. Have now cancelled after a week of waiting and blocked Net-a-Porter on my credit card as don’t want the same issue waiting for refund. Will never use them again. Too much unreliability. What a shame @netaporter, memo: customer service is everything ☹️
