Hi, i ordered items from @loveshackfancy on @netaporter website on the 21st June and still the items have not been dispatched. i am an extremely loyal customer , and have called your call centre two times telling them that I even delayed my flight to receive these items, she put down a recommendation for me which was declined by yourselves but you were able to ship out to influencers homes the very same or next day ( know some friends in this business) My items are from @loveshackfancy were not in the sale, and I was told it would be dispatched by Thursday , still nothing . I sent many emails........no reply. I called , but you answered as I was on the line for at least 20 minutes . I am loyal customer for many years who buys from your website and the two girls I spoke to on the phone agreed to this , both put recommendations for me and still were declined . I have told @netaporter that I will be traveling to Mexico next week and they said it will be probably be dispatched yesterday .....still nothing . Yet other influencers have been opening their packages( which I am not naming) yet I am not in this business and poor old me and others who are also here who are loyal customers buying a lot can’t get the same treatment. Do you think we love complaining and have nothing better to do? Because we have been pushed to a corner where you have not replied to our emails, not answered our calls or not answering questions when we have spoken to you. If you not able to cope with the demand than how about employ more employees or sort it out as other retailers are able to! Come on @netaporter if others are able to cope and send out orders next day delivery and you can’t there must be something wrong ? Come on you can do it !! We just want to enjoy our items that’s all ??

@netaporter very unreliable service. I made an order on June 26 for which net-a-porter should provide express delivery, since I ordered for more than £200. My order has not even been dispatched yet, and I am living for vacation next week and needed my items to arrive before that! The customer service agent told me that there is a high volume of orders due to the sale season, but my items are NOT the sale items. The agent also has put a recommendation for my order, but it has been declined. I’ve been a net a porter customer for 5 years and what is happening now is very disappointing. You either should start dispatching the orders or cancel them and make the refunds.

@net-a-porter. Since your company has been bought your customer service has gone to the dogs!!! I also ordered an item and it’s showing on your system not dispatched. I called you three times, had to wait ten minutes each time and then disconnected. Your live chat does not work and I e emailed you three times and still no response. This has happened many times now with several different orders.
Utterly appalling you do NOT put your customer first , you have lost me as a customer and continue at this rate the company will fall apart! Send this to your management team!!!

@netaporter i ordered my item 11 days ago and it has not been dispatched since... but thé price of my item have been discounted since
I write to have thé new discount and i have been told that thé item is not available but it was when i wrote... my order is 9507981 and your custumer service is a Shame seriously

@netaporter I have placed an order with you and I have not received my purchase I am concerned as I have sent numerous of emails, no response, no acknowledgements! But you have taken my money just fine I even spent extra on premier service to have waited and no one shows up twice !!!
