kaiennnnnnn I NEED HELP , NO REPLY FROM MR PORTER What is happening to Mr Porter , I ordered on 17 June till now it’s been 8 days and my order is still processing, emailed them but never reply , called them never answer , anyone have same situation with me ? I’ve no idea what should I do now , this is the worst company , worst customer service !

georgiachantry WHAT IS GOING ON!? I have 2 orders that I have been waiting ages for! I can't get hold of anyone and have been on the phone multiple times for 20 plus mins and it hangs up. no one is answering emails either. You have taken the money. I don't expect this poor service from a so called "premium" company. Can someone contact me please!

no0rsh ATTENTION! They have a problem in dispatching!! I ordered stuff for an occasion and im stuck now!!!! My order was placed since 10 days and not dispatched yet! Dont repeat my mistake!!! Net a-porter you have to be more clear with your customers! At least be clear about the status of our orders!!!
