Un créneau horaire de 4h pour l’enlèvement pendant lequel je serai bloquée chez moi ou au bureau...pour une paire de chaussure c’est invraisemblable. Tout ça pour que Net-a-porter se dédouane en cas de perte à la Poste ou en point relais. Ce sera ma dernière commande!
