Keep your arms frozen with a flight bend and rotate through your shoulders. If you find yourself straightening your elbows at the bottom you will feel this in your triceps instead.) 4. 2 Position Curl (keep your arm parallel to the ground. You can do this kneeling or standing). 3-4 rounds
