GYM BACK, BOOTY + ABS 💪🏼 Love staying at hotels that have a gym! Usually I am not a huge ‘gym buff’ (mainly because training outdoors, sprinting, bodyweight, gymnastics or functional free weights are my jam!) BUT I love taking advantage of good gym equipment when I travel! 🏋🏽‍♀️ Like here in Bali! 🙌🏼
I use the gym as an opportunity to build up weak areas (like my back & glutes) and of course abs because they are my fave! 😬
So here is my workout from today! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

WARM UP CIRCUIT
(exercise 1-3)
👉🏼 3 Rounds, 10 reps each
1. DEADLIFT (with dumbbell or kettlebell)
2. KB/DB SWING
3. REACH BURPEES

CIRCUIT 2
(exercise 4-6)
👉🏼 4 Rounds, 15 reps each
4. LAT PULL DOWN
5. WIDE WALL HIP LIFT
6. STANDING OBLIQUE CRUNCH

CIRCUIT 3
(exercise 7-9)
👉🏼 4 Rounds, 15 reps each
7. REVERSE FLYS (leaning on wall)
8. CABLE DEADLIFT PULL
9. DECLINE BENCH SIT UP

Choose a weight that you can maintain good form with 👌🏼 and take rest between exercises if you need. It’s always about quality reps fam! ☺️ Enjoy! #gymworkout #bootyworkout #backworkout
