30 sec WIDE MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
30 sec (each side) BIG SIDE PLANK LIFTS (make sure you do full reps - lower all the way down & lift up as much as you can for an extra burn 😉)
30 sec (each side) SL OBLIQUE SNAP
30 sec PLANK TUCK TO JUMP OUT
30 sec REST
