Over the last 2 years I lost myself and really got caught up in the wrong things. I lost sight of my purpose, helping others. I’ve always been scared of the next chapter which is healing other women on a much larger scale through my experiences. It calls me through different people but I almost avoid it because of fear. I don’t believe someone like me could actually make a difference to someone or impact their life in a positive way. Rarely do we see that in ourselves.

For the first time in a long time I’m me again. I feel like I opened my eyes again and vision is clear. I’m grounded, rooted, and connected again. I missed myself ❤️

A few weeks ago I met Alejandra from @malibumeditations at a retreat. Walking in I felt empty, tired, confused, annoyed and lost within myself. These are the things I don’t carry on the outside. She asked if a anyone wanted “Rappe” not knowing what it was, just trusting her energy and being drawn to her I said I do. I had no idea how this one thing would turn my life around. (If you want to know what Rappe is please google it). She cleared my soul I literally felt a burst of air hit my chest and my inner vision cleared. The rappe combined with her unique energy woke something up inside me and took the fog away.

As the weeks passed I’ve meditated in a group setting with @malibumeditations becoming more clear. I was put here to help other women recover. It starts with health but most of my clients are drawn to me because they relate to me in some way. Many of my clients heal the emotional wounds they suffered from. I initially started my journey just wanting to help others Herbalife was the vehicle that helped me find my tribe.

Over the last 2 years I lost focus of that. It hurts my soul to say that but I had to learn some things so I’m okay with it. Today I’m refocused on my purpose to find and help as many women as I can. Thank you Alejandra for helping me see and hear clearly again. I look forward to doing more work beside you. ❤️
