News that L Brands looks to close 53 Victoria’s Secret stores this year may be a bombshell — no, not the bra — for fans of the struggling brand.
The company says “everything is on the table” for Victoria’s Secret, as it pulls back on investing in new and remodeled stores. The planned store closures for 2019 make up about 4% of the 1,143 Victoria’s Secret stores worldwide.
