DOWN UP CHALLENGE WORKOUT ?? Today marks the end of my Fitness February Challenge!! And what better way than to finish with a incredibly sweaty and challenging (both physically & mentally) workout!! ??? For those of you who have been with me for the whole 28-days on my app, doing all the squats, burpees, sun salutations, hamstring stretches (and all the rest!) during this challenge...I AM SO PROUD OF YOU! ??? 28 classes in 28 days is not easy, and you did it! #legends I thought I give those of you who missed the challenge a bit of a sneak peak into our final workout...and I managed to squeeze it in today while coaching on my @activeescapes retreat here in Noosa! ? ?? DOWN UP CHALLENGE Work your way DOWN from 10-1 reps (Drop 1 rep each round) of Burpees while working your way UP from 2-20 reps (add 2 reps each round) of Drop Squats...like this: 10 Burpees 2 Drop Squats 9 Burpees 4 Drop Squats 8 Burpees 6 Drop Squats 7 Burpees 8 Drop Squats etc... . Start a timer at the beginning, stop the timer when you finish (at 20 Drop Squats & 1 Burpee) ⏰ Finish as quick as you can! . If you want the full workout, with an additional challenge! ? You will find it on my app & I will make sure to have it available on the workout section after February ??? This month has been amazing!! ? and I couldn’t get through it without you guys! So thank you!! ? OH! and...I will be announcing the winner of the Fit Feb Challenge in 3 days time (on my Birthday!! 3rd March) so make sure you keep a lookout!! ? DOWN UP CHALLENGE
