All the vibes here in Noosa...sunny, humid and salty ? We’re halfway through my @activeescapes retreat and everyone has been training SO HARD ?? We’re tired and sore but loving every minute with this epic bunch of humans ?
A few of you have asked me what retreats I have coming up this year so I’ve put it up in my stories for you! ???
For now, we’ve got the afternoon off (we’ve been doing 2 x workouts a day plus surfing & yoga!) so you’ll find me on the beach, probably drooling on my towel fast asleep...??
