Behold the whitemargin unicornfish (Naso annulatus). There are about 20 species of unicornfish that make up the Naso genus, named for the horn-like structure on their foreheads. But the purpose of their horns is still a mystery! Native to the Indo-Pacific, the whitemargin unicornfish is one of the largest members of the surgeonfish family, with the potential to grow to up to 100 centimeters long. It prefers tropical reef habitats, where it swims in schools and snacks on zooplankton.
