Who is your favorite Disney/cartoon character and why? When I was a kid I always loved the villains. I loved the queen who wanted to take Snow White out ???‍♀️. Am I the only one? _ I love going to Disney I have passes and I’ve been there several times. My biggest issue is finding food that fits into my meal plan and not eating sweets. I tell myself you don’t need food to have a good time. Enjoy the moments ? but just to make sure I don’t eat this bread ? or candy ? I use a product from my store called “Snack Defense” it helps you not crave that stuff by regulating normal blood sugar levels. I also take a shot of “Prolessa Duo” before I leave the house which contains an appetite suppressant. I pack meal bars and snack bars but if I do have things I don’t overindulge. I’ll have a bit of something or I have a small piece. If everyone is having lunch or dinner I just try and make good decisions, I opt for salads, fish or veggi plates. _ Sometimes we tie food into “feeling happy” I think it’s part of growing up. When we celebrate a birthday we get cake. On Valentine’s Day we give each other candy to show affection. Marriage and graduation we have food and cake. Recognizing an emotional connection to food and breaking it is key. Disneyland can be fun without overindulging in cake ? and candy ?
