今日の和菓子: 木漏れ日
木々が青々と茂り、日差しが眩しく感じる季節。木立の下を歩くと、葉っぱの陰がいつも歩く道を違う表情に変えてくれる。そんな木漏れ日をイメージして作った、初夏の琥珀糖。

Today’s Wagashi : komorebi
This is probably one of my best Japanese words. It means sunlight that filters through the trees - the interplay between the light and the leaves. Words reflect how people see the world. I appreciate that we have this beautiful word in Japan
