Tartine Bakery was the first place we went just after landing in San Francisco three and a half years ago and chocolate croissant was the first thing I ever tried there. So It's pretty symbolic to me, that my very last stage in San Francisco was at Tartine's croissants station. Learning about those amazing pastries was beyond my dreams and Caroline took me really deep into this subject, allowed to do some work and provided great feedback.
