今日の #和菓子 は #ねりきり で作った #おばけ です。
ねりきりとは白餡に餅や芋を混ぜて作った和菓子で
#茶道 で使われる「 #上生菓子 」の一種です。
#撮影 用に作成しました。
もうすぐ #ハロウィン なる行事なんだそうで。
