Hey guys! I've had a few questions about exercises to do to prevent a 'hunch' type posture and strengthen back muscles.

This is something I have also had to work on so I thought I would share this exercise... 1⃣ Lay face down, hands just outside your shoulders, elbows pointing towards your feet.
2⃣ Squeeze you shoulder blades together then lift hands and elbows about 5cm from the ground (left picture).
3⃣ Keep shoulder blades squeezed and arms off the ground and extend above your head, arms still 5cm off the ground (right picture).
4⃣ Bend arms and return to position 2 then lower arms down to ground and relax.

This is one rep. I usually do 3x 10reps ?
